The Beginning
Take refuge and arouse bodhicitta.
The Main Part
Think as follows: "By the root of virtue I have created through prostration, offering, repentance, rejoicing, and requesting the turning of the Dharma wheel and not to pass into nirvana, I dedicate all these to the awakening of all sentient beings. May they all attain the level of the primordially enlightened Buddha Samantabhadra."
Recite the Sevenfold Devotion:
As all the victorious buddhas of past, present, and future Praise dedication as supreme, So now I dedicate all these roots of virtue For all beings to perfect Good Actions.
Or:
What little virtue I have gathered through my homage, Through offering, confession, and rejoicing, Through exhortation and prayer—all of it I dedicate to the enlightenment of all beings!
After the dedication, rest for a while in a state of seeing all phenomena as devoid of self-nature, like a dream or a magical illusion.
The Ending
Dedicate the merit of your practice to all sentient beings.
