The Main Part
Meditate on the three positive actions of the mind:
Contentment: Being satisfied with what one has and not being obsessed with worldly gains.
Loving-kindness and compassion: Wishing for the happiness of all beings and wanting to free them from suffering.
Correct views: Having deep conviction in the teachings of the Buddha and the reality of the path to liberation.
A mind filled with these qualities is the foundation for all spiritual progress. Therefore, resolve: I will transform my mind through meditation and mindfulness, making it a source of virtue and wisdom.
The Ending
Dedicate all the merit of your practice to all sentient beings.
